Did you know that I have a lovely space in Exmouth (just off Salterton road before you get to Tesco’s) so not too far from Sidmouth.

It’s such a lovely relaxing room and on street parking so a nice easy, peaceful spot to come and enjoy finding out more about hypnobirthing and enjoy the relaxation part of the course.

​

Or if you prefer I also run my Group Hypnobirthing classes in a private space in John Lewis, Exeter.

​

Why not make it a special date night each week and enjoy coming into town, having a bite to eat before or after and get to have a little nosey in-store when there is no one else around.

SAFETY IS A PRIORITY...

I am thrilled to be able to return to face-to-face group hypnobirthing classes and can assure you that the space is completely ‘covid-secure’ with all measurements thought of and implemented to ensure that social distancing and restrictions continue to be adhered to.

​

As you enter the space you will be asked to use the hand gel provided and check in using the QR code we are now all so used to doing.

​

We ask that you please wear a mask if you are able to on entering the room and if you are moving around to use the bathroom etc.

​

However, once you are seated you can remove your mask.

​

You and your partner will be seated at least 2 meters apart from the other attendees and group sizes will be kept to a smaller number than before to maintain social distancing.

​

Please note that if you are unable to attend for any reason or if you need to self-isolate, I will send you a Zoom link so that you are still able to enjoy the session from home.
