Water has a calming & soothing effect on both the mind & body enabling you to safely exercise, stretch & relax in our heated pools.
By meeting other expecting parents local to Exmouth and Exeter you will build a support network during our informal pre & postnatal get-togethers.
It has been proven that aquanatal helps to promote better sleep, and with our unique relaxation section at the end of each session you will be feeling calm, relaxed and excited as you will be already preparing to meet your baby.

Current classes run out of Exmouth LED pool on Tuesday evenings 7 - 7:45pm as a 'Pay-As-You-Go' basis and are suitable from 14 weeks pregnant up to your due date.
These classes do get booked up quickly so make sure you have reserved your place ASAP by calling 01395 266381.
Wednesday evening classes are held in a lovely private pool just a 10 minute drive from Exeter.
