Service Description
Vranch House aquanatal classes: Central Exeter location with easy & free on-site parking Exclusive use of the hydro pool Sunday's 5:30 - 6:15pm ~ dates below What to expect: 45 minutes in the water in a lovely private hydrotherapy pool that we have exclusive use of. Unwind on a Sunday tea-time at your new favourite pregnancy class. The main focus here is on pregnancy relaxation, you will ease your way into the session with a gentle warm-up and time to talk with the other mums. Movement & exercises to open your pelvis & release any tension in this & other areas will help you prepare for birth. You will discover that being in the water and having the weight of your bump not only feels amazing but will also mean you are able to easily practice pelvic tilts, squats & lunges which will encourage a lovely stretch of the muscles in your lower back, shoulders and hips to help soothe any pregnancy aches & pains. You will spend the last 20 minutes of the session lying in the pool noodles for a Hypnobirthing relaxation. There will be plenty of opportunity to chat with pre/postnatal specialist Rebecca individually or as a group, socialising (meet other local mums-to-be / ask questions / share experiences & stories and be a member of Devon Aquanatal WhatsApp group). There will be weekly topics such as what is hypnobirthing / breathing techniques / birth positions / pregnancy support. The overall aim of any Devon Aquanatal class is to help you feel empowered and positive about your birth. Individual classes are £14 per class/ pay-as-you-go, or 4 week block £50 April 6th & 27th May 4th & 11th June 1st/ 22nd / 29th July 6th & 27th Please message me to book individual classes hello@rebeccarees.co.uk Prior to commencing any Devon Aquanatal class you will be required to complete a screening questionnaire (PAR-Q) which will be electronically sent at the time of booking. This is for me to be able to cater to your individual needs and confirm that you are safe to exercise. There may be some circumstances in which you will need to seek guidance from your midwife or medical provider before exercising in water. **Please be aware at time of booking there are no refunds or rescheduling with these classes due to the pool hire commitments. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy, please ensure you have read BEFORE booking any classes. Due to my contract with Vranch House in regards to hiring the pool, I am unable to offer you any refund or rescheduling due to still needing to pay the full amount whether or not clients are able to attend or not. All payments made are non-refundable unless there is an express right to a refund set out in these terms and conditions. If I have to cancel a session because of circumstances that are not within my reasonable control, then you are entitled to a refund for the session I have cancelled unless I am able to reschedule the session for you. Any refund is payable within thirty days. If I have to cancel a session because of circumstances that are beyond my reasonable control, then I will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the session for you, but can not guarantee being able to do this. If I am unable to reschedule the session for you, then you are not entitled to a refund. I do not own or control the pool. So, for the purposes of these terms and conditions, circumstances beyond reasonable control include, but are not limited to, the closure or unavailability, either temporarily or permanently, of the pool.
