Service Description
You've had your baby and no doubt experiencing the rollercoaster ups and down we all go through when having a family. Whether it's your first baby/ second/ third...It's easy to put everyone else's needs first and quite often making time for yourself is now seen as a luxury rather than a necessity. I have so may pregnant ladies who have attended my aquanatal classes state that they wish they could still carry on with the sessions which they had enjoyed so much antenatally. The benefits of being in the warm waters of the hydrotherapy pool are many, including relief of aches & pains/ friendships made with other local mums and a better night's sleep to list but a few. This is equally important now that your baby has been born, so when the time is right for you* why not give yourself the gift of carving out a small window of 'me time'. Join us in the lovely private pool in central Exeter on a Thursday evening (dates listed below) for the ultimate in relaxation. Lie back in the noodles knowing that you don't need to be anywhere or do anything, that this moment is for you to switch off, reset and re-fuel so that you can continue being the best version of you. Feel free to invite any mum friends along with you ~ Once Postnatal - Always Postnatal so there is no restrictions in regards to how long ago you had your baby. Block book 6 sessions (see dates below) for a discounted price - Message me for details. * Must be signed off after your postnatal check from your GP and meet the PAR-Q requirements sent to you at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy, please ensure you have read BEFORE booking any classes. Due to my contract with Vranch House in regards to hiring the pool, I am unable to offer you any refund or rescheduling due to still needing to pay the full amount whether or not clients are able to attend. All payments made are non-refundable unless there is an express right to a refund set out in these terms and conditions. If I have to cancel a session because of circumstances that are not within my reasonable control, then you are entitled to a refund for the session I have cancelled unless I am able to reschedule the session for you. Any refund is payable within thirty days. If I have to cancel a session because of circumstances that are beyond my reasonable control, then I will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the session for you, but can not guarantee being able to do this. If I am unable to reschedule the session for you, then you are not entitled to a refund. I do not own or control the pool. So, for the purposes of these terms and conditions, circumstances beyond reasonable control include, but are not limited to, the closure or unavailability, either temporarily or permanently, of the pool.
