About the Course
The winter Postnatal Pod will start on Tuesday 10th November and every Tuesday there after until Tuesday 15th December (1 - 2:15pm) at The Baby Room in Exeter.

Mums - You're not meant to go through motherhood alone.
And that is why the Postnatal Pod is the must do course for mums with new babies.
Designed around you & your needs as mama to your baby (whether that's first/ second or so on..)
Come & join our lovely course & find your village.
Build friendships with other local mums over a period of time, who you can share your maternity leave with, enjoy cosy get togethers and hot chocolates (teas/ coffees etc) and try out new groups with to help get you through the ups & downs.
We have an amazing team of experts who host each week so that your Tuesday lunchtimes, give you focus, tips, advice and something to get out of the house for even on the hardest of days.
