The autumn Postnatal Pod will start on Tuesday 15th September and every Tuesday there after until Tuesday 20th October (1 - 2:15pm) at The Baby Room in Exeter.

And that is why the Postnatal Pod is the must do course for mums with new babies.
Designed around you & your needs as mama to your baby (whether that's first/ second or so on..)
Come & join our lovely course & find your village.
Build friendships with other local mums over a period of time, who you can share your maternity leave with as the weather starts turning in and cosy get-togethers with other mamas will be much needed.
Try out new groups with & help get you through the ups & downs.
We have an amazing team of experts who host each week so that your Tuesday lunchtimes, give you focus, tips, advice and something to get out of the house for even on the hardest of days.
